New “art” bike racks aren’t (a cure for cancer)
Great editorial about the role of municipalities in public art by my neighbor Tim, and the ensuing conversations that tend to be had when people get passionate about admittedly “small” things (some say if it’s not world hunger or cancer, it’s not worth caring about).
